He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Sr. LaBatt and Thelma LaBatt (Onstine); his wife Judith Ann LaBatt (Richards); his son Brian K. LaBatt; and his siblings, Ronald, E. James LaBatt and Patricia Milbert.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Thomas LaBatt, Craig LaBatt and Brittany Isabelle-LaBatt; his great grandchildren, Ava, Ella and Laura LaBatt; and his sister Flora Berkely (Joseph) of Bremerton, WA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
