He is survived by: his mother Ruby Gonyeo (Frost); his wife Marie A. Maxim (Greenough); and his children, Ruby Taylor of Water Valley, MaLinda Maxim of Gardner and Chester H. Maxim III (Rolanda) of Gardner. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
