He was predeceased by: his father Marshal Nay. He is survived by: his wife Karen Nay (Shultz) of Gardner; his sons, Kristopher and Steven Nay of Jacksonville, FL.; his siblings, Marsha of North Carolina, Lynn, Cindy, Michael and Larry; his granddaughter Cassidy; his great grandchild Payton of Jacksonville, FL; and his niece Laura Parker.
