He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee E. Boudreau, Sr. and Ruby Boudreau (Eason); his wife Paula Boudreau (Moore); and his brothers, Michael, Dean Boudreau and Steven Goodwin.

He is survived by: his sons, Brian Boudreau, Jr. and Michael Boudreau; and his siblings, Keith Boudreau, Lee Boudreau, Jr., Marcus Boudreau, Robert Goodwin, Roy Goodwin and Patricia Boisvert. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
