She is survived by: her brothers, James Borkowski (Joanne) of Belchertown, Thomas Borkowski of Gardner and Gary Borkowski of Gardner; her nephews, Andrew Borkowski, Michael Borkowski, Matthew Borkowski and Joseph Borkowski; and her niece Anna Dragsbaek (Borkowski).
