He is survived by: his sister Mary Anne LaFalam (Norman) of Florida; his aunt Annette Barrieault of Cape Coral, FL; his nephew Kirt LaFalam; his niece Tracy Dunbar (Anthony); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Christopher, Nathan, Mackenzie, Allison, Mason, Stephanie, Megan, Lora, Kiersten and Kayleigh.
