He was predeceased by: his parents, Frazier Goodwin Sr. and Betty Goodwin (Lawson). He is survived by: his children, Jessica Jalbert of Ashburnham, Ellise Hall of Gardner, Gary Verder (Brandi) of Naples, FL, Trysta Bavosi (Tim) of Sterling and Nathan Hall of Gardner; his siblings, Pam Crain of Richmond, VA, Frazier Goodwin Jr. of Marshall, MI and Gary Goodwin of Appomattox, VA; and his aunt Lois Tackett of Bedford, VA. He is also survived by his fourteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
