She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Penney, Sr. and Constance Penney (Lapenas); her husband William "Veto" Kalanta; her siblings, Gid Penney, Joseph Penney Jr., Anne Morse and Veronica Penney; and her children-in-law, Arthur Henry, Joan Kalanta and Angela Kalanta.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. William J. Kalanta of Modesto, CA, Paul J. Kalanta (Sheila) of Ashburnham and Joan A. Henry of Gardner; her grandchildren, Mark Amero, Brian Henry (Bridget), Michael Kalanta (Vanzy), Stephanie Reale (Sean), Lauren Fisher (Cory) and Samantha Kalanta; her great grandchildren, William Kalanta, Quinn Henry and Cole Henry; and her sister Elizabeth Penney of Gardner.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made in Albina's memory to a charity of choice.
