He is survived by: his parents, Leonard Carroll and Lois Hovey (McKenna); his siblings, John Carroll of Gardner, MA, Robin Tyo of Chepachet, RI., Jeffrey Carroll of Franklin, MA, Deanna Hovey of Pawtucket, RI and Timothy Carroll of Quincy; his sons, Kevin and Allen Moreno; his niece Michelle; his nephews, Stephen, Jason, John, Philip and Jeffrey; his former wife Wendy Barcelo (Carter); and also Bill Slattery. He is also survived by three children.
