He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Sullivan and Antoinette Sullivan (Bertone); and his siblings, Lucy Rovani and Charles Sullivan. He is survived by : his wife Sandra J. Sullivan (Heaton); his children, Maureen Sullivan of Franklin, Mike Sullivan of Milford, Irene Sullivan (Pam Ross) of Kingston, Francine Sullivan (Jay D'Agostino) of Bellingham and Daniel Sullivan of Franklin; his grandchildren, Dustin Sullivan (Alisha) and Serena Sullivan of Franklin; and his great grandchildren, Arianna and Robert "Bobby" Sullivan of Franklin.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 20 Prospect Street, Milford, MA 01757.
