He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Foley and Mary Foley (McDonald). He is survived by: his wife Marie E. Foley (Rodrigues); his sons, Richard Foley Jr. (Jennifer) of San Diego and Kevin Foley (Kathleen) of Franklin; his siblings, Dorothea Farrell of Burlington, Jane Keag of Erie, Illinois., Walter Foley, Robert Foley and Alice Foley; and his grandchildren, Sean, Alexander and Brooke.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin Ginleyfuneralhomes (131 Main St, Franklin, MA 02038). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (1 Church Square, Franklin, MA 02038).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to the Friends of the Franklin Library 118 Main Street, Franklin, MA 02038.
