He was predeceased by: his parents, John Duggan and Ruth Duggan (Malvey); and his brothers, John and Gerald Duggan. He is survived by: his brother Joseph Duggan of Framingham. He is also survived by four nephews, a niece and numerous cousins, grand nephews and nieces.
