He is survived by: his wife Norma E. O'Toole (Lawson); his children, Timothy M. O'Toole (Beth) of Franklin and Diana K. Mulak (Mark) of Attleboro; his grandchildren, Patrick, Colin, Liam O'Toole, Michael and Caroline Mulak; and his siblings, Thomas O'Toole (Ellie), Dennis O'Toole (Pamela), Kathleen Quinn (Dennis), Peter O'Toole (Barbara) and James O'Toole (Jill). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
