She was predeceased by: her husband John Paul Howard; and her parents, Peter H. Contos and Pelagia Contos (Belbas). She is survived by: her daughter Holly A. Wheeler; her son-in-law David Wheeler; her grandson Jared Paul Wheeler; and her siblings, Harry Contos (Gayaneh) and Angelike Triant (Ross). She is also survived by nieces, a nephew.
