She was predeceased by: her parents, Evzen Tupy and Jacqueline Tupy. She is survived by: her husband Ted Donnelly; her sons, Jacob Evzen (Pauline) of Wellesley and Jared Austin (Gretchen) of Acton; and her grandchildren, Everett Donnelly and Cashel Donnelly.
