She was predeceased by: her close friend Frank P. Geromini; her great grandchild Jackson; and her sibling Brian O'Neil. She is survived by: her child Lisa Walsh; her spouse Rebecca Smith of Centerville; her grandchildren, Melissa, Jillian, Sarah, Timothy, Jacqueline, Brooke, Gabrielle, Nicholas, Alexandra, Mitchell, Alexis, Patrick, Joseph, Francesca and Lucas; her great grandchildren, Samuel, Wyatt and Miles; and her siblings, Sheila Smith and Robert O'Neil.
