O'Neill (Franklin, Massachusetts), born in Teaneck, New Jersey, who passed away at the age of 53, on September 16, 2018. He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth O'Neill (Vargas); his parents, Michael O'Neill of Englewood, FL. and Catherine O'Neill of Englewood, FL.; his daughters, Danielle of Phoenix and Kathleen of Franklin; and his siblings, Michael O'Neill of Norfolk, Robert O'Neill of West Kingston and Brian O'Neill of Venice. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
