She was predeceased by: her spouse Halem Howard; her sibling Johnnie Tipton; and her parents, John G. Stinnett and Josie Mae Stinnett (Barker). She is survived by: her children, Halem J. Howard of Franklin, Grady J. Howard (Julie) of Idaho and Felicia H. Bleakney (Marty) of Wisconsin; her siblings, Conley B. Stinnett, Grady Stinnett and Charles Stinnett; and her grandson John. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren. … Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
