He is survived by: his wife June Kadlec; his children, Joe Borge (Christine) of Port Charlotte, FL, Linda Coyle (Fran) of North Attleboro, MA and Amy Haelsen (Brian) of Dedham, MA.; his granddaughters, Jessica Boulais (Tim) of New Milford, CT, Veronica Coyle (Craig Schoaf) of Charlottesville, VA, Sydney and Julia Haelsen of Dedham, MA; and his great grandchildren, Hannah and Alexia Boulais of New Milford, CT..
