He was predeceased by: his father Michael P. D'Amelio; his brother Peter "Knife" D'Amelio; and his niece Caroline D'Amelio. He is survived by: his mother Marjorie A. "Margie" D'Amelio (Bucchanio) of Wrentham; his brothers, Paul R. D'Amelio of Franklin and Michael D'Amelio of Texas; his uncle Ronald P. "Ronnie" Bucchanio of Franklin; his niece Katie Bowman (John); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Caroline and Layla; and also, Matthew D'Amelio (Brianna) and Luca.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be sent to the Franklin Food Pantry 341 West Central St. Franklin, MA 02038.
