She was predeceased by: her spouse Charles Faulkner; her parents, John Pratt and Christina Pratt; and her brothers, John and Robert.

She is survived by: her children, Kevin Faulkner (Carol) of Laguna Niguel, Calif. and Sondra Fabiano (Michael) of Wrentham; and her granddaughters, Daria Fabiano and Maria Fabiano of Wrentham.
