He was predeceased by: his parent Ronald "Jake". He is survived by: his parent June Cook (Hughes); and his siblings, Linda Hildebrand of California, Joanne Travers of Nebraska, Ronald Cook, Jr. of North Carolina, James Cook of Florida and Christopher Cook of Franklin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
