He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Ann Finley (Mulkerrins); and his parents, George B. Finley and Dorothy Shea.
Due to limitations at the National Cemetery the family requests that donations be made in Jim's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
