He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis J Marguerite Sr. and Ernestine Marguerite (Tavernier). He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, James Marguerite Jr. (Dana) of Hopkinton, MA, Jesse Marguerite of Franklin, MA and Jason Marguerite (Sandra) of Cumberland, RI.; and his siblings, Louis Marguerite Jr. (Beverly), Linda Giandomenico (Joseph) and Elaine Tolman (Errold).

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to the Disabled American Veterans, 860 Dolwick Drive, Erlanger, KY 41018.
