He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. O'Leary and Beatrice L. O'Leary (Gentner). He is survived by: his wife Martha P. O'Leary (Cosgrave); his daughters, Tara Cederholm (Matthew) of Franklin, Moira Duncan (Steven) of Franklin and Amy Hart (Tim) of Wellsville; and his grandchildren, Noah, Molly, Shane, Lauren and Liam.
