It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George B. Dempsey (Franklin, Massachusetts), born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 12, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent George; and his sibling Velma Mckim. He is survived by: his spouse Phyllis J. Dempsey (McGowen); his parent Agnes; his children, Duane R. Dempsey (Deborah McDermott) of East Falmouth, Douglas G. Dempsey (Cynthia), Lynn C. Dempsey and David L. Dempsey; his brother Edgar Dempsey of Hanson; and his grandchildren, Andrea Souza, Adam Souza (Christina Kennedy), Peter Beksha, Kate Haddad (Adam), Gwyneth Dempsey and Kelly McDermott.
