We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2023, Gail A. Owens of Franklin, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Brenda Hotaling. She is survived by: her husband Vincent "Vinny" William Owens; her pet Bella; her children, Marsha Mills (Douglas) of Merrick, Michael Hotaling (Beth Wasner Kitsock) of Hillsdale and John Owens (Helen) of Franklin, Massachusetts; her grandchildren, Lindsie, Gregory, Matthew, Melissa, Reagan and Reese; and her great grandchildren, Chloe, Tyler and Jayce. She is also survived by one of ten beloved siblings.
