She was predeceased by: her parents, Emilie R. Sewall (Collens) and Grenville S. Sewall; her brother Charles G. Sewall; her former husband Thomas P. Howard; and her husband Raymond G. Ames.
She is survived by: her children, Robbin C. Howard, Mary T. Howard, Stephen P. Howard and Mark S. Howard (Cristina M. Todesco); her grandchildren, Elisha, Emily, Caroline Kazimiera, Benjamin and Nicole; her sister-in-law Sally Sewall; and her nieces and nephews, Brendan Ames, Maureen Ames DuBois, Stephen Ames, Michael Ames and Allison Ames-Hohenstein.
