She was predeceased by: her husband James P. Flynn, Jr.; her parents, Francis G. and Mary E. Mealey (Sweeney); and her sisters, Mary Mundy, Helen Powell and Margaret Mundy.
She is survived by: her children, James F. Flynn (Claire) of Bluffton and Suzanne Coletta (Steven) of Mansfield; her grandchildren, Jenny Kelly (Matt), Greg Coletta (Rebecca), Brian Flynn (Louisa) and Kimberly Canavan; and her great grandchildren, Abby, Dan Kelly, Eva Flynn, Brody, Cullen Canavan, Madeleine and Charlotte Coletta.
