He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard W. and Betty F. Watkins (Roark); and his brother Richard L. Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Eileen M. Watkins (Anderson); his children, Robert Watkins Morgan (Catherine) of South Carolina and Rebecca Ann Landry (Timothy) of Norfolk; his sister Cheryl Ann Jurevics (Thorolf) of Missouri; and his granddaughters, Emily Morgan, Charlotte Landry and Amelia Landry.
