It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Hegarty of Franklin, Massachusetts, born in Brighton, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 19, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas M. Hegarty; her parents, Patrick J. and Margaret F. (Hanafin); and her siblings-in-law, John, Martin Hegarty and Margaret Krug.
She is survived by: her sons, Sean P. Hegarty of North Attleboro and David T. Hegarty (Kathryn) of Plainville; her siblings, Patrice Donovan O'Neil of North Attleboro, Helen Berry (Wayne) of Norton and Neil Donovan (Patricia) of Bethel, Maine.; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Hegarty of Boston and Marie Hegarty of Norwood. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
