We are sad to announce that on October 25, 2023, at the age of 89, Ann M. McCarthy of Franklin, Massachusetts, born in Hyde Park, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John H. McCarthy; her parents, Lawrence and Katherine (O'Connor); her daughter Sharon McCarthy-Ballou of Foxborough; and her sister-in-law Joan Brunelli (Roger).
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Malsbenden, Jeremiah, James and Lawrence Costello; her children, Patricia Hauck of Taunton, John M. McCarthy (Wendy) of Osceola, WI, Mary Ellen Assad (Ken Assad) of Franklin, Nancy Lee Wasnewsky (Thomas) of Medway, Paula Savini (Peter) of So Yarmouth and Robert Ballou; and her brother-in-law Brian McCarthy (Cindy) of Norwood. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
