He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Butterfield (Dudley); his daughter Susan Lucas (Paul) of Portland, Oregon.; his sister-in-law Mary Duggan (Dick); and his nieces and nephews, Steve Butterfield, Michael Dombrowski (Alice), Mark Duggan (Diana), Jim Duggan, Julie Cavacco (Jack), Mary Heins and Katie Duggan (Ben).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Channeling Hope Foundation in grand-niece Amanda Duggan's name.
