He was predeceased by: his wives, Maria S. Palumbo (Giardiello) and Helen Palumbo (Espanet); his parents, Biagio and Giulia Palumbo (Rofino); and his sisters, Georgette Chiccarelli of Milford, Anne Manella of Milford and Frances Pratt of Milford.
He is survived by: his children, Jeanne Klipple (Dale) of Bethlehem, Paul Palumbo of Franklin, Joan Szemethy (Lou) of Hopedale, Victoria Caezza (John) of Milford, David Palumbo (Julia) of Wrentham and Christopher Palumbo; his siblings, Gloria Marino of Franklin and B. John Palumbo of Mendon; and his grandchildren, Sean Klipple (Samantha), Matthew Klipple, Savannah Szemethy (Matthew Gagnon), Rachel and Sarah Szemethy.
