He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ruth Bell (Cohen); his children, Cindy Bell (David Elinoff), Nancy Bell McKinney (Greg McKinney) and Michael Bell (Patricia Bell); his grandchildren, Daniel Elinoff, Katie Elinoff, Carissa McKinney, Shaylyn McKinney and Jennifer Whorton; and his brothers, Gerald Bell (Helen Cooper Bell) and Steven Bell (Patricia Larsen Bell).
