He is survived by: his parent Catherine McDonald; his spouse Gladys McDonald; his children, Mary Ellen McDonald and Warren McDonald Jr.; his wife Donna; his siblings, Jerry McDonald, Frank McDonald, Paul McDonald and Patsy Bowes; and also, Kerry McDonald-Schaub, Nancy McDonald, Kathleen Struble (Bob) and Mary Anne Fawkes. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
