He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas O'Neill and Winifred O'Neill (Lavelle); his wife Patricia; and his siblings, Mary, John, Edward and Francis.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas (Sarah), Mary Welch (John) and Timothy (MaryJo); and his grandchildren, Jack, Sean, Luke, William, Katherine, Molly and Sarah. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
