He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cincotta and Katherine Cincotta (Defina). He is survived by: his children, Diana Soave (Antonio) of Framingham and Joseph Cincotta (Jennifer) of Tewksbury; and his grandchildren, Stephen, Anthony, Drew, Cameron, Aylssa, Chase, Michael, Victoria, Olivia and Isabella. He is also survived by his extended family the Cusano's and numerous friends.
