He was predeceased by: his son William; his brothers, Gene Sebastian (Doris) and Guy Sebastian (Susan); and his brother-in-law David Hesson. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ann Sebastian (Pinciaro); his daughter Carol J. Cisek (Jason) of Chicopee; his daughter-in-law Kelly Sebastian of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Samantha Conner, Lauren Cisek, Alex, Kassie, Connor and Colby Sebastian; his great grandchildren, Catherine Layton and Gabriel Layton; his brothers, Albert Sebastian (Eleanor) of Framingham and Richard Sebastian (Judith) of Framingham; and his sister-in-law Joan Hesson of Beverly. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
