He was predeceased by: his parents, John Learmonth and Helen Learmonth (Chalmers); his wife Patricia Learmonth (Phillips); and his sister Barbara Hall. He is survived by: his sons, Gerald P. Learmonth (Karyl) of Gardner and Robert A. Learmonth, Jr. of Gardner; his significant other Eleanor Downey of Framingham; his brother Jack Learmonth of New Hampshire; and his grandchildren, Phillip Learmonth (Kimberly Olmilla) and Jordan Learmonth.
