He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Caporale and Dorothy Caporale (Luvisi). He is survived by: his sons, Richard L. Jr. (Gretchen) of Attleboro and Jeffrey M. (Rebecca) of North Oxford; his grandchildren, Lauren and Jacob; his sister Janice Pease; his nephews, Michael and Gregg DeForge; and his niece Danielle Walls.
