She is survived by: her father Matthew Connolly; her sister Deborah Iacobucci; her mother Julianna Connolly of West Barnstable; her daughter Lindsay Shultz (LeSieur); her husbands, Nicholas Almendares-Avila of Danville and Yonny of Framingham; her grandchildren, Tara Shultz, Arianna Almendares and Avila; and also, Pen Almendares-Avila and Destiny Almendares-Avila (Connolly).
