With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rena Ferber Finder (Framingham, Massachusetts), who passed away on December 23, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Marcel Finder; and her daughter Anita Rappaport. She is survived by: her children, Marilyn, Sol Sandperl of Stoughton, Debbi, Arnold Katz of Framingham, Bert and Terri Rappaport; and her grandchildren, Zack, Adam Bowers, Amy Rappaport, Jason, David Katz and Joe Sandperl. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.

“I have had the privileged and honor of knowing Mrs. Finder for the past 15 years. She was a frequent visitor to my medical practice, and also gave a superb talk at our Shul, Congregation Berth El of Newton. She always had a warm, caring beautiful smile, and she was a true joy to be around. Although she suffered great loss, both in the Holocaust, and the loss of her daughter, she remained optimistic, happy, and loving. I will miss her greatly. Jay Goldstein, MD”
