She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Slattery and Beverly Slattery (Groehl); and her brother Daniel Slattery. She is survived by: her husband Robert J. Battaglia; her children, Lauren Keohane (Ryan) of Framingham, Robert (Noelle) of North Reading and Kristina Battaglia of Framingham; her grandchildren, Leo, Nolan, Giulia Keohane, Ace Maclean and Kashton Brown; her sister-in-law Rita Whitten (Carey); her nephews, Chris Whitten (Ashlie) of Holliston and David Whitten of Holliston; and her siblings, Robert Slattery, Timothy Slattery, Madonna Moore and Jodie Schmeling. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
