He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald M. Budge and Eveleen B. Budge; and his brother Christopher Budge. He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his daughter Kerri; and his brothers, Raymond Budge of Framingham and Peter Budge (Brenda). He is also survived by many in-laws, nephews and nieces.

A wake will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Joyce Funeral Home (245 Main St, Waltham, MA 02453). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Mary's Episcopal Church (258 Concord St, Newton, MA 02462). A burial will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at the St. Mary's Episcopal Church Cemetery (258 Concord St, Newton, MA 02462).
