He was predeceased by: his sister Brenda Kaitz; and his sister-in-law Erica Cole Kaitz. He is survived by: his wife Sally I. Kaitz of Framingham; and his siblings, Richard Kaitz (Judy Close) of Boston and Nita Kaitz Reguer of Tel Aviv. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
