She was predeceased by: her parents, David Fluke and Clara Fluke; her spouse Sidney D. Caplan; and her brother Raymond Fluke. She is survived by: her son Dr. Arthur Caplan of New York City, NY; her child-in-law Meg Brennan Caplan; her daughters, Debra Caplan of Framingham, MA and Sheila Zaik of Chandler, AZ.; and her brother Harry Fluke. She is also survived by three grandchildren.

Natalie (Fluke) Caplan, age 96, of Framingham died peacefully Monday, April 27, 2020 at St. Patrick's Manor due to complications from the COVID-19 virus.
