She is survived by: her significant other Trevor; her brothers, Kevin and Michael O'Neil; her sisters-in-law, Nancy O'Neil and Mary Allen; her niece Bridget Allen-O'Neil; her aunt Denise Mazzerella; and her cousins, Jane Johnson, Sarah Burns, Carolyn Smith, Patricia, Bill Bell, Andy, John Mark and Paul Mazzerella.
