She was predeceased by: her parents, James T. Fay, Sr. and Mildred B. Fay; her husband Joseph J. Grifone; and her brother James T. Fay, Jr.. She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Zabel P. Fay and Anne H. Grifone Hiland; her niece Sheryl L. Seymour; her nephews, Brian J. Fay, Jerome L. Fay and Sean N. Fay; her stepson Joseph D. Grifone; and her stepgrandchildren, Joseph D. Grifone, Jr. and Nicole Grifone.
