He is survived by: his daughter Beth Carr of Menlo Park, CA; his grandsons, Jack and Luke Carr; his daughter Holly Cowan (Michael) of Acton, MA; his grandchildren, Connor, Cody, Catherine and Caroline; his brother Dr. Jerome Azia; his nephew Adam; his niece Rebecca; and his sisters-in-law, Roberta Hornberger and Marica Krupnikoff.

“In loving memory of Mark S. Azia, I am so saddened by Mark's passing! Please accept my deepest sympathy. Mark and Sue took my husband and I under their wing when we moved to The Villages. There wasn't a nice more giving couple here. They were right by my side when my husband got sick and then passed away and they were my rock in the following days. I truly miss them and they will always have a special place in my heart.”
